1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website atr-media.co.uk (the “Site”) and using the rugby video post-production services provided by ALL THINGS RUGBY LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. ALL THINGS RUGBY LTD is a company registered in England and Wales under Company Number 15407253, with its registered office at 37 Great Oaks Park, Rogerstone, Newport, Wales, NP10 9AT.

2. Services Provided

ATR Media Studio provides digital video editing and post-production services specializing in rugby highlight reels, tactical analysis, and team montages. Our services are strictly digital in nature and do not involve the shipment of physical goods.

3. Ordering and Payment

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
Pricing: Prices for our services are displayed on the Site in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase.

4. Fulfillment and Delivery Policy

Process: Upon successful payment, you are required to upload your raw video footage via our secure digital portal.
Timeline: Once we receive all necessary raw footage and instructions, the typical delivery timeframe for the first draft is 5 to 7 business days, unless otherwise agreed upon for larger projects.
Delivery Method: Final edited videos are delivered digitally via a secure download link sent to the email address provided during checkout. No physical media (DVDs, USBs) will be shipped.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: You may cancel your order for a full refund only if the editing process has not yet commenced.
Custom Nature: Due to the bespoke and digital nature of video editing services, once the editing work has begun or the final product has been delivered, we generally do not offer full refunds.
Revisions: We offer a set number of revisions (as specified in each package) to ensure satisfaction with the final product.
Disputes: If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us at studio@atr-media.co.uk to seek a resolution.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the raw footage you provide. You grant us a limited license to use the footage solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Final Product: Upon full payment, the usage rights for the final edited video are transferred to you for personal or club use. We reserve the right to use short snippets of the edited work for our portfolio/marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt out in writing.

7. User Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to provide any footage uploaded to our Site and that such content does not infringe on any third-party copyrights or privacy rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALL THINGS RUGBY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or the inability to use the Site.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
