Please note that all products and services offered on our website (atr-media.co.uk) are entirely digital. We do not ship any physical goods, hardware, or physical media (such as DVDs or USB drives) to your mailing address. All deliveries are conducted electronically.
3. The Fulfillment Process
Our fulfillment process begins immediately after your successful checkout and relies on your prompt provision of raw materials. The standard workflow is as follows:

- Step 2: Submission of Raw Footage: You are responsible for uploading your raw rugby video footage and providing specific editing instructions via the provided portal. Our processing timeline does not begin until all required files are successfully received.
- Step 3: Post-Production & Editing: Once we have confirmed receipt of your usable raw footage, our team will commence the video editing process.
- Step 4: Digital Delivery: The final edited video (or the first draft for review, depending on your purchased package) will be delivered to you electronically.
4. Delivery Timelines
- Standard Turnaround: For standard packages (e.g., Individual Player Highlight Reels, Match Tactical Reviews), our standard delivery time is 5 to 7 business days starting from the date we successfully receive your raw footage (not from the date of purchase).
- Complex Projects: For larger projects (e.g., Full Season Team Montages), the delivery timeline will be explicitly agreed upon in writing before the work commences, typically ranging from 10 to 14 business days.
- Delays: If there are issues with the raw footage provided (e.g., corrupted files, insufficient quality) that prevent us from fulfilling the order, we will contact you immediately. The delivery timeline will be paused until the issue is resolved by the client.
5. Method of Delivery
All final digital products will be delivered via a secure, private cloud download link (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, or a dedicated secure server link).
- The download link will be sent to the email address you provided during the checkout process.
- Links will remain active for 30 days after delivery. It is your responsibility to download and securely back up your final video within this timeframe.
6. Proof of Delivery
For our records and payment processing compliance, the dispatch of the email containing the final secure download link to the email address provided at checkout constitutes full and final delivery of our service.
