1. Introduction
At ATR Media Studio (a trading name of ALL THINGS RUGBY LTD, Company Number: 15407253), we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, bespoke rugby video editing and post-production services. Because our products are highly customized digital services requiring significant manual labor, our refund and cancellation policies differ from those of standard retail goods.
2. Order Cancellation (Before Work Commences)
We understand that plans change. You are entitled to cancel your order and receive a 100% full refund under the following conditions:
- You request the cancellation before you have uploaded your raw video footage to our portal.
- You request the cancellation after uploading the footage, but before our editing team has formally commenced work on your project. To request a cancellation, you must email us immediately at studio@atr-media.co.uk with your order number.
3. No Refunds (After Work Commences or Delivery)
Under UK consumer law (The Consumer Contracts Regulations), the standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to the supply of digital content if the performance has begun with your prior express consent, nor does it apply to custom-made or highly personalized goods.
Therefore, we do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Work in Progress: Once our editors have downloaded your raw footage and commenced the editing process.
- Delivered Products: Once the final edited video (or the first draft for your review) has been delivered to you via our secure digital download link.
- Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind after the work has been completed.
- Footage Quality: If the final product’s quality is limited by the poor quality of the raw, unedited footage you originally provided.
4. Revisions & Quality Guarantee (Our Alternative to Refunds)
While we do not offer refunds on completed work, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with the delivered video, we offer a structured revision process:
- Most of our service packages include one (1) free round of minor revisions (e.g., swapping a specific clip, adjusting the music volume, fixing a title card).
- Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your draft video.
- Requests for complete re-edits or structural changes that deviate from your original instructions are not covered under free revisions and may incur additional fees.
5. Processing of Approved Refunds
If your cancellation request is approved (as per Section 2), the refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (via Stripe). Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
6. Unrecognized Charges and Chargebacks
If you do not recognize a charge from ALL THINGS RUGBY LTD or ATR Media Studio on your credit card statement, please contact us immediately at studio@atr-media.co.uk before contacting your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues directly. Please note that raising an unwarranted chargeback for a delivered custom digital service is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in legal action to recover the lost funds and dispute fees.
